Diary and recalls
Bookings and reschedules handled in your own diary. Cancellation gaps filled, reminders sent, and maintenance patients recalled on time instead of when someone remembers.
Letters and reports
GP correspondence, referral replies and reports typed from your dictation, on your letterhead, in your templates. Sent the same week they were dictated.

We're a two-osteo clinic. Too small?
No, that's the exact size we built this for. Small practices feel the admin hardest because the person doing it is also the person treating. The eight-hour monthly minimum is sized for exactly that: a solo or duo clinic handing over the worst of it.
Which insurers do you bill?
All the major private medical insurers, including Bupa, AXA Health, WPA, Aviva and Vitality. Both direct settlement and pay-and-claim, with remittances reconciled against every claim and shortfalls chased.
